I visited this santusti branch today, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed. First off, the prices are shockingly high for what they offer. I expected premium quality, but instead, I was met with a place that seemed disorganized. The workers were not wearing gloves/cap which made me question the hygiene standards of this place. Even more concerning, the employee serving me was wearing visibly dirty clothes, which made the experience feel even more unsanitary. For the high prices they're charging, I expected a much better and cleaner environment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about cleanliness and value for money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
