Having seen Osho Ashram, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. If you like Vegetarian cuisine, then Santé Spa Cuisine is worth visiting. You can always enjoy perfectly cooked curried broth, stuffed mushrooms and spiced broth - a special offer of this place. Most guests recommend trying good cream caramel, apple tarts and chocolate mousse. You will be offered delicious cordial, gin or piña colada. Great bread drink, chocolate milk or caramel latte are the best drinks of this spot.

The décor reminds you of a time in South-East Asia, surrounded by bamboo walls, recycled lamps, a bookshelf with color-coded books and elements of greenery that add to the charm – neem wood plates, banana leaf straws, copper glasses for water, to name a few. The genesis of Sante goes to Sonal Barmecha, who started this in Pune and three years ago. The cuisine itself is an ode to the soul where the food is sourced from heritage farms across the city, giving importance to the naturalness of the ingredients and the cooking techniques. The menu features only vegetarian dishes that are prepared with natural ingredients, following healthy cooking techniques.

One thing that I should applaud Santé Spa Cuisine is their food presentation – straight out of the Master Chef kitchen. All in all, I quite enjoyed my healthy outing at Santé Spa Cuisine. If you work around BKC in Mumbai or Koregaon Park in Pune and healthy food is your jam, then you should definitely try this.
