I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Sankalp Restaurants ghodasar branch . I saw an offer (350pp mid weekend unlimited offer)on Google and called the number listed to confirm. The person who answered assured me that the offer was available, so I went to the restaurant with my family, expecting to enjoy the promotion. However, upon arrival, the manager claimed the offer was not valid and dismissed our call as if someone else might have picked up the phone as a joke. This was not only inconvenient but felt very unprofessional. Clear communication and commitment to advertised offers are essential – sadly, I didn’t experience that here."
