Dear william john's pizza team I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with your restaurant. While the staff was very courteous and the overall service was good, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the pizzas. It seemed that the pizzas were prepared about an hour in advance and simply reheated in the oven before being served. As a result, they were extremely hard and not fresh. Unfortunately, not a single pizza was soft or enjoyable to eat. I appreciate the good service and ambiance, but I sincerely request you to look into the pizza quality, as it affects the overall dining experience. Thank you for your attention, and I hope to see an improvement in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

It was a very bad experience. I have been visiting continuously since last 2 years but since last some time the food quality has also become bad and what can I say about the service, today I had to leave my meal midway due to the behavior of the staff and bad service.
