Sankalp in Jodhpur serves good South Indian food, as expected from a well-known chain. However, the overall service experience can be quite inconsistent. If you’re a regular customer or someone who tips well and is recognized by the staff, the service tends to be much better. Otherwise, they’re often not very welcoming or attentive. The most disappointing aspect is their rigidity. They are very reluctant to accommodate any customization, even for small requests, and come across as quite stubborn about it. For a restaurant of this scale, a little flexibility and customer-centric attitude would go a long way. Good taste alone doesn’t make up for the lack of hospitality and personalization. If you’re craving authentic South Indian food, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The taste can vary — sometimes the dishes are absolutely delicious, while at other times they can feel a bit average. However, when it’s good, it’s really good! One of the highlights is the traditional South Indian paan they serve at the end of the meal, which is a lovely touch and rounds off the experience nicely. Worst food I ever had in sankalp . Total waste of money and mood. Pathetic service. Not recommended.very very bad food quality. I feel vomit when I think about dosa and idli and bad smelling sambhar those I had in sankalp restaurant. Hey guys please stop ordering any food from there .and avoid to eat this kind of unhealthy foods from here.even staff's behaviour was very rude.so unprofessional. I'll never ever recommend to anyone to go this disgusting place sankalp restaurant, Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
