I recently visited MAA BHAWANI DAAL BATI CHURMA in Jodhpur, and it was a wonderful experience. Though the restaurant is very small, the daal baati churma was extremely tasty and full of authentic Rajasthani flavors. The baatis were cooked perfectly — crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The daal was rich, flavorful, and had the perfect mix of spices that made every bite satisfying. The churma was fresh, slightly sweet, and balanced the flavors of the daal and baati beautifully. They also added a generous amount of ghee, which made the food even more delicious without feeling too heavy. The quantity of food was more than enough, and I felt completely satisfied after the meal. Apart from the main dish, the masala papad was also very tasty and full of flavor. The buttermilk they served was freshly made, refreshing, and paired well with the heavy meal. It added a nice, cooling touch to the overall experience. If you are visiting Jodhpur and want to try real Rajasthani food in a simple and homely place, you must visit MAA BHAWANI DAAL BATI CHURMA. The taste and quality of the food will make you very happy!
