Mr. Pradeep Sahu, Mr. Ajay Kumar and Mr. Pawan have exceeded customer expectations goal by really understanding the customer requirements, especially in terms of food taste and quality where we pointed out certain aspects that needed to change and they were more than willing and flexible to accommodate and make those immediate changes to in order to make us feel very valued as customers. To note here is that this is coming from a person who has lived in Canada and seen Customer Service levels at its best. Qudos to Mr. Pradeep, Pawan and Ajay! Keep up the great work!
