We were enjoying it until we read the bill. As you can see from the screenshots, we were charged ₹110 extra (₹455) for the Wild Berry Cheesecake. On the display and in their online menu, the cheesecake was priced at ₹345 for 100 gms. When we inquired about it at the counter, we were told that we had been served 200 gms of cheesecake. According to the display, we ordered 100 gms—not 200 gms. Issue: We were not informed. The price also differs for the Mix Sauce Pasta. On their online menu, it’s priced at ₹525 for 300 GMs, but we were billed ₹475 (I noticed this just before writing this review), a difference of ₹50. They clearly mention that “Service Charge is Optional,” but an individual wouldn’t know that unless they read it carefully (it’s 4.53% of the total bill). We are happy to pay for everything we consume, but please inform us before adding anything extra to the bill. Bellasen, we really loved the food and ambience, but we lost our trust because of such mishaps.
