Went to Sandy's for dessert on a weekday evening and it and found it rather empty. The approach road from Wallace Garden 2nd street was closed due to metro work and Khader Nawaz Khan road was also closed as it was fully dug up. We had to go all the way round then and enter through Thousand Lights - pretty inconvenient and that's probably why Sandy's is losing customers. Coming to the dessert, it was worth all the effort and delectable as always. We ordered a Nutella Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae and it was quite a task finishing it - boy, was it heavy, but out of this world!! We also ordered a Milo Tiramisu, which was pretty average actually, but all in all a decent experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I had very high expectations when I ordered from Sandy’s Chocolate Laboratory, as I had always heard glowing reviews about them. Unfortunately, my first experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the almond croissant through delivery, eager to finally try it — but what I received was limp, stale-tasting, and honestly lacked the freshness, texture, and quality one would expect from a place with Sandy’s reputation. It was a huge letdown. It’s very disheartening when such a well-regarded brand fails to maintain quality, especially for online orders. Not everyone can visit the store in person, and delivery should not mean compromised standards. This was my first order, and I genuinely hoped to become a regular customer — but after this experience, I am left with nothing but disappointment. I truly hope Sandy’s takes this feedback seriously and ensures their products meet the same quality standard across dine-in and delivery.
