Pros: Tasty food, nice spacious and bright spot. multiple sittings available with or without Air conditioning, alongside sandwiches they offer beverages and few side items. Cons: Mostly self service, prices seems to be little high, their signature chuttneys are limited at first serving however if asked they provide more, it's not a hotel / restaurant and you have to pay first for your order, although being a sandwich place, they offer limited varieties of sandwiches. Note on navigation: Distance from nearby Railway station is considerably far. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The hot chocolate is good and rich 5/5, the jain cheese grill sandwich had very less cheese than usually in a grill and the green chutney as usual very extra spicy 3/5 due to cheese and green chutney, and the sandwich took 21 minutes to be served
