The food is good but the service is very very bad. Some of the food orders which we had placed were not served with and excuse and smiling face that the order was not placed. This happened for 3 of our orders in a single visit. Not sure if we have to place our order directly with the cook to make sure that our order is placed. Make sure your order is being prepared repeatedly or else your order will not be served with an excuse with smiling face that the order was not placed and you will be waiting for hours waiting for you order. Also the staff is not bothered about serving you water nor to refill it. Very poor customer service which the management needs to deep dive in.
