We had an extremely disappointing experience with this team, especially considering it was for a wedding order for 640 plates. While the main meal was decent, the ice cream quality was very poor — clearly sourced from local manufacturers with no standards. We specifically ordered ice cream with gulab jamun, but were instead served a cheap brownie with the ice cream. When we questioned this, the team claimed they checked multiple shops and couldn’t find gulab jamun. That’s hard to believe, especially in a city where every corner has a sweet shop. If they are sourcing from local vendors without transparency, it's hard to trust them with major events. Punctuality was another major issue. On the wedding day morning, they had committed to deliver food at 7:00 AM to our house but showed up only at 8:30 AM, saying they had too many orders and we should “adjust.” That’s not acceptable, especially for such a significant occasion. For another important event scheduled at 3:00 PM, they completely forgot the order. After multiple unanswered calls, they finally delivered part of the order at 4:30 PM and the rest at 5:30 PM — far too late. To make matters worse, the food was cold, stale, and not even what we ordered. I’ll be attaching photos to show how bad it was. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially for events like weddings. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism, reliability, or quality. I recently attended an event at Sam's Catering & Auditorium in Pathanamthitta, and I was impressed by the spacious and well-maintained venue. The catering service was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that were served hot and on time. The staff was professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The auditorium's setup made it ideal for large gatherings, and the ambiance was perfect for the occasion. I highly recommend Sam's for anyone planning a function in the area!
