Lahab Yemen Mandi is a simple, neat place, nothing extravagant, but done well. I could only try the chicken since beef wasn’t available (sold out) and the chicken was juicy, properly smoked, and full of good flavor. I give very importance to mayonnaise. They served mayonnaise very generously, and the taste of the mayonnaise was good. The customer service was really good, the staff were attentive, and the owner is a cool guy who clearly seems passionate about what he’s doing. The alfaham tasted more like the chicken fry we make at home (not tasted like grilled); however, the service was truly excellent, always offered with a warm, genuine smile. I reached late, so there wasn’t much food left, but they still served me whatever they had, and did so happily. If you’re searching for good mandi or alfaham in Pathanamthitta, this place is still worth a visit for the friendly service alone. Totally recommended.
