Best value for money hotel in Siliguri. The location is perfect in the middle of the market at Hill Cart Road. You can easily reach railway station, bus stand etc from this hotel. The service is also good. Good for solo travelers and family as well. Service: 4

Overall experience was good. But the receptionist was not quite helpful. We had a 5 seater family room booked and had 6 people instead ( extra 18 years old boy). I mentioned this to the staff and that we don't want anything extra for him as we'll adjust in the current setting and will also pay anything extra if required. Despite promising extra payment for him they said only 5 people are allowed and we need to book an extra room for him. I mean like Ohkay...we are willing to pay extra for him but we don't want an entire room for a 18 YO boy. They kept on stating that no we can't do that... And we eventually had to book a separate room. I mean i agree it was a last moment change...but a very minor one. In the letter i signed while standing in reception it was clearly mentioned that in case of extra person extra charges need to be paid. But they made me book an entire room. And on top of that there was no bulb in that room. And we didn't bother them to fix that since we were staying in one single room (5 seater). To summarise.... facilities were good. Things like : 1) stubborn receptionist 2) Made me make full payment while checking in instead of checkout made the things bit weird. Service: 4

This was my second stay at Hotel Saluja, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices are very reasonable, offering excellent quality with clean, well-maintained rooms and all necessary amenities. The staff is polite, well-spoken, and provides great service. Both check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Overall, Hotel Saluja is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Service: 4
