Come here for a drink after a long walk around Kanchenjunga Stadium. The service is always prompt, take it into account. But google users haven't given this bar a high rating.
After staying for three days on the day of checkout I asked for a mere extension of 1hour to which they flatly and rudely refuused. Is this the way to treat a loyal regular customer? Also for 3whole days only 1litre of drinking water was provided.Definetly my last stay in this hotel. Service: 1
The hotel's location, being close to the market, is a definite plus. However, the parking is extremely limited, barely fitting five cars. The hotel itself feels old and overcrowded, making the atmosphere unwelcoming. My room was very small, almost too tight to move around in. A noticeable problem was a barcode sticker stuck right in the middle of the TV screen, which had clearly been there for a long time. It's obvious this is a budget hotel, but the overall experience was disappointing. The food was average, though there are many other restaurants nearby. For these reasons, I wouldn't stay here again. Extremely Disappointed – Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at Saluja Residency in Siliguri, and it was a terrible experience. The rooms are completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Basic amenities were either missing or not functional. The cleanliness standards were shockingly low, making the stay very uncomfortable. If you're looking for a decent and clean place to stay, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are far better options in Siliguri that offer better service and value for money. Don't waste your time and money here Service: 1
