Waste of Money & Time - Ordered chicken 65 in Saleem biriyani center-KK Nagar, Trichy through ZOMATO. After receiving the package, I have tasted it and found that it has no taste and so dry, no tender & very hard to chew and swallow it. Even the complimentary Slice of lemon itself is so dry and no juice is coming from it while squeezing it. In this Covid pandemic situation customers like me ordering food for our hungry but cooking shops like this is cooking food in lethargic way. This is not correct, Saleem Biriyani or ZOMATO have to return back my money of Rs.165 with in a day to my account. Need reply for my review feedback. (Proof of Order image's are attached here)
