Date:March 31,2024-Dinner-The service is really bad and took a long time to prepare every dish, but the quality of the dish is very bad and we ordered two plate shawarmas and the quality of the chicken they used is spoiled. We raised a complaint against it. The hunger would go away if we are really hungry going there This place is no longer fit for tasty food.pls don't waste your money. Also the attitude of the waiter and the manager is so lethargic and it's is not even humble for the bad quality food they are serving to their customers. ofter getting my parcel i noticed that one of my item was missing .... I call the the Zomato person he advised me to contact Restaurant. with the polite manner I called the Restaurant to inform the issue but I was shocked by the way of the response the lady who treated me like a street dog I felt very anger, she treats me like I am begger who begging food as free really the worst response .... for every one in my circle I suggest Hotel Kannappa for best food in taste and quality but now the think was changed totally I don't have idea to order a food in your Restaurant in future
