*An Absolute Disaster at Saibala Hotel – Rude Staff, Refused Orders & Inedible Food I cannot stress enough how awful my experience at Saibala Hotel was. From the moment we walked in, the staff made it clear they couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs properly. We waited nearly **20 minutes just to get menus**, with servers walking past our table multiple times while blatantly ignoring our attempts to flag them down. When we finally managed to place our order, the waiter **argued with us** about what was available, claiming half the menu items were "finished"—despite it being barely past noon on a weekday. The real nightmare began when the food arrived. My chicken biryani had an unmistakable **sour, spoiled smell**, and the raita tasted like it had been sitting out for days. When I (politely!) pointed this out, the server **rolled his eyes** and insisted, "Sab fresh hai, aapko pata nahi hai" (*It's all fresh, you don’t know*). No offer to replace it, no apology—just sheer arrogance. Another staff member even **mocked us** for "complaining too much" when we asked to speak to a manager (who, surprise, never showed up). To make matters worse, a nearby table had their order **completely forgotten**—after an hour of waiting, they just got up and left. The staff didn’t even notice. This isn’t just bad service—it’s **complete disrespect for customers**. The food is a health hazard, the staff are shockingly rude, and the management clearly doesn’t care.
