Today, I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Kitchen 8 casual dining. I ordered several items, which are detailed in the attached bill. I can't believe what they served as biryani—it looked like fried rice and tasted extremely bad. Both the mutton and chicken biryani were missing eggs, and the quantity was very small. In terms of taste, it was below average, while the price was quite high. For my next item, I ordered barbeque chicken. Can anyone guess from the attached image what was served? What I received was grilled chicken that was 80% uncooked and completely covered in masala. I haven't tried the soup yet, so I can't comment on that. Hotel management, please do not deceive your customers. I paid around Rs.1000, and it was a complete waste of money.
