Pls DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE it’s so disappointing to even give my review about their food preparation and ingredients etc their menu is unbelievably over flowing oil and u wud have to pour out the excess oil which itself wud be around 20 ml that needs to poured out of their dishes and they are not even willing to correct or reimburse for it. And the choices of pieces they use for any starters is mostly Fat pieces which is absolutely unacceptable. Today, I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Kitchen 8 casual dining. I ordered several items, which are detailed in the attached bill. I can't believe what they served as biryani—it looked like fried rice and tasted extremely bad. Both the mutton and chicken biryani were missing eggs, and the quantity was very small. In terms of taste, it was below average, while the price was quite high. For my next item, I ordered barbeque chicken. Can anyone guess from the attached image what was served? What I received was grilled chicken that was 80% uncooked and completely covered in masala. I haven't tried the soup yet, so I can't comment on that. Hotel management, please do not deceive your customers. I paid around Rs.1000, and it was a complete waste of money. I urge anyone reading this message to think carefully before choosing this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
