We visited Sita Ram and Sons for breakfast and tried their famous luchi-chhole. The place was buzzing with people, a clear sign of its popularity and the delicious food it offers. The luchis were light, fluffy, and much easier on the stomach compared to heavy bhature—perfect for a morning meal. The chhole were mildly spiced, falling between low to medium heat, and topped with two flavorful chutneys and a tangy achar that elevated the dish.
