We had breakfast here. Food was tastier. Car parking is there. Ambience is not that great. Cleanliness needs to be maintained properly. Important issue is that they accept only cash payments. It is surprising that even small petti shops accept digital payments nowadays but some of these kind of restaurants doesn't. Management should take into consideration the following factors at priority : 1) Hygiene 2) Digital payments Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Medu Vada Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

I recently visited Sai Cafe, which is a pure vegetarian restaurant. Overall, my experience was average, with both good and disappointing points. First, I tried dosa, idly, and poori items. The tiffin items were actually good. The dosa was nicely cooked, idly was soft, and the poori items tasted fresh. Most of the main food items are decent and satisfying, especially if you are going there just for simple vegetarian meals. However, some of the curry items definitely need improvement. The taste was not consistent, and a few dishes felt like they were missing proper flavor and seasoning. I was also not happy with the beverages. The tea, coffee, and juices were not good and did not meet expectations. They need to improve the quality and taste of these drinks. The service was another weak point. Some of the servers did not seem attentive or ready to serve properly. Service could be much more organized and customer-friendly. The atmosphere also needs attention. The place needs better cleaning and maintenance. I noticed spider webs and dirt in some areas, which affects the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Sai Cafe is okay if you are looking for a simple veg restaurant and basic food. But there is definitely room for improvement in service, beverages, and cleanliness. Great place for having food in the highway. Very humble staff. Food not that great. Had ordered ghee roast and got dalda roast instead. Coffee and vada was good though. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
