We stayed at Hotel Sri Gowri Shankar Boarding and Lodging in Nagercoil for two days. The hotel features a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, where we had lunch, dinner, and breakfast during our stay. The food was tasty and enjoyable, adding a positive note to our experience. However, the quality of the rooms left much to be desired. The cleanliness was not up to standard, and basic amenities such as water bottles and toiletries were not provided. Guests are expected to bring their own essentials. Even towels and bedsheets were only provided upon request, which was inconvenient. To improve guest satisfaction, the hotel should focus on maintaining cleaner rooms and ensuring that basic necessities are readily available without requiring requests. With these enhancements, the overall experience could be significantly better. Service: 2
