All the customers like wonderful Indian cuisine at this restaurant. You can always enjoy good masala dosa, paneer and makhani at The host (Spice Route). Most reviewers find the staff cute. The cool service is something these restaurateurs care about. Based on the reviewers' opinions, prices are adequate. I had a disappointing experience at The Host. The staff were notably rude and unhelpful, which made my stay unpleasant. Moreover, the hotel failed to meet several commitments that were promised at the time of booking. Overall, it was far from the experience I expected and I wouldn't recommend it. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism, often being unhelpful and inattentive to guests' needs. Moreover, the hotel failed to meet several commitments promised at the time of booking, including timely room service and basic amenities. This inconsistency greatly impacted our stay, making it less comfortable than expected. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the staff's responsiveness and service reliability. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was our most Go-To Restaurant. Recently, when I visited in Oct 22, came to know that they have discontinued the Sagar Ratna franchise. It now renamed to Spice Route. The food price is super costly, dishes like Dum Aloo, Jeera Aloo cost 425+. They have increased the prices drastically and everything else remains same. This price list is too costly. Think before planning to go there
