Many people think that the staff is attentive here. Visitors mention that the service is enjoyable here. From the guests' point of view, prices are medium. Staff behaviour was very rude. Specially at reception. All charges were very high. Food quality was also poor. Think once before booking.

This hotel is very expensive for no reason. 60 rupees for a simple water bottle. The quantity of food is so less that it would cost at least 1500 rupees to feed 2 people. Mainly the behaviour of the staff is very very rude. Only the location of this hotel is good. Overall this hotel is only looting

Very bad experience, worst decision.such a disappointed .spolied are family occasions. Staff are pathetic,poor service. You can order smthng and they dnt deliver in time . Starter came at the time you almost complete main course. They dnt even listen you, making faces as you ask for anything. We order and they give you half order item and half order they dint update in kitchen. These people thinks us fool, they want money only,no manners to deal with the customer.fake review have been posted. Food is so average.a small food vans provide better food and service. A big no to this hotel. Such a fraudster.hotel crystal palace pathetic.
