We usually love Veerji Malai Chaap and have had some really amazing experiences at different locations, so our expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, at this particular branch the taste seemed a little off, and overall the food felt quite average compared to what we are used to from Veerji. That being said, everything else was well managed – the restaurant was clean and hygienic, the staff was polite, and the service was quick and on point. Another plus is that parking is available here, which adds to the convenience. With some improvement in food quality, this outlet can definitely match the standards of the other branches. An excellent place for vegetarians. The variety of soya chaap dishes is mind boggling and the person ordering is spoilt for choice. The place is good for takeaways. Whenever I feel like having chaap I've always preferred to visit this place but yesterday While having Afgani Chaap wrapper of tobacco was there in my mouth , I asked the waiter very politely about that he picked that thing up and went to the kitchen when I asked the same to the cashier he asked the waiter to get that wrapper so hel replied that they threw it into the dustbin or wherever, and stated saying that it was a part of butter packing or whatever, see i totally i understand that it was by mistake but a "wrapper of tobacco?".
Nobody was sorry for that, even a single sorry word came out from there mouth,
So the conclusion is , that was my last dining because I do care about the services and I did not get that from here.
Your employees was not even trying to make me feel comfortable, rather than arguments was there.
