Not an authentic South Indian food. I had ordered it online. Their sambhar was bitter, brown chutney was burnt. We had to threw 3 so called best seller dosas of it. On complainting, they didn't revert. Never order from here. Food: 1 Service: 1

Visited Sagar Ratna with family a couple of weeks back. Terrible experience dining in, even though it was a weekday, there was not much crowd and yet an awful experience. Food was bad, really really bad - almost inedible. Staff wasn’t interested to serve, it was an overall terrible experience which ruined the night. Please avoid if you can.
