I am writing to bring to your attention the highly unsanitary conditions and poor food quality at Reena Restaurant. During my visit, I found hair in my food, which is entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the overall hygiene standards were extremely poor. When I raised this issue with the owner, I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and responsiveness. Instead of addressing my concern, they dismissed it, leaving us feeling unheard and disregarded. For anyone prioritizing hygienic food and a clean dining environment, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. If there were an option to rate it zero stars, I would have done so. The restaurant has a poor atmosphere, substandard food quality, inadequate service, and troubling hygiene issues—including the presence of hair and rat droppings in the food.
