Had a nice experience at Sagar Ratna . The food presentation and taste were quite good. The stuffed dosa was crisp on the outside and generously filled with spiced vegetables , giving it a rich and authentic South Indian flavor. It was wholesome and filling. The veg pizza dosa was colorful, fresh, and topped with a good mix of veggies . The base was great and the cheese melted nicely, though it leaned more towards an Indian-style pizza than an authentic Italian one. Ambience was neat , service was quick ️, and portion sizes were decent for the price . Slight room for improvement in making the dishes more balanced in flavor (pizza base could be a bit lighter, and dosa a touch crispier) . Overall, a good vegetarian dining option if you are craving a mix of South Indian classics and Indo-fusion dishes .
