I had a very bad experience at Pirates of Grill, Ludhiana. The staff kept ignoring me throughout the visit. I had to call them multiple times for even the simplest things like water or cutlery, but they paid no attention. It felt like they were only interested in serving selected tables. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. No one seemed to care about customer satisfaction. For the price they charge, the experience was not worth it at all. I will never visit this place again and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food was tasty. Ambiance was good but the difference between the rates shown on website and actual charges is very high. Website shows 800 and actual charged was 975Very disturbing for a group of 7 people. No need to book
