If you don't know what biryani is, please don't serve it biryani. What I ate today was plain rice served with some beef roast, not a beef biryani. Serving rice with roast doesn't automatically make it biryani. Also, the rose-water flavor was far too strong and overpowering. Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Zomato. We tried the chicken biryani from Saaya Family Restaurant, Ambalamukku, and were impressed by both its quality and quantity. The flavors were rich and authentic, with tender chicken and perfectly cooked rice. A satisfying meal worth recommending!
