The Subway outlet is located on the second floor, Food Court of Sobha City Mall, Puzhakkal, Thrissur. I ordered the Smoked Chicken Strips Signature Wrap, but it was extremely poor in quality. Since it was almost time for my movie to start at Sobha City Mall, I couldn’t report the issue then. Moreover, they said they would send the balance amount via Google Pay, but I never received it. The service was also very slow. What was supposed to be a nice weekend was spoiled the moment I started eating that wrap. It was honestly the worst food I have ever had. I strongly advise everyone not to buy food from there—especially not for children. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1

Rude behaviour from staff, they regret the food because the smallest currency change , I gave 500 rupee note for 482rupees the footlong teriyaki, when I visited 1st September 2025 evening 7.35pm Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I had a wonderful experience at the Subway outlet in Shobha City Mall. Hrithik made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it – perfectly balanced, fresh, and delicious!
