Start from talking to the Arjun ji about the cake till I had it in my mouth...... I can't imagine how great everything was.....the way Arjun ji deals with customers is very nice. Cake was beyond my expectation- the design, the taste, everything was great. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually go there to purchase their bakery made biscuits. But most of the cases, their items are not freshly prepared. Many times their staff urge to sell items ( made 1-2 months back) saying it has validity of 3-4 months. My question is then what’s the use of purchasing bakery item if its not fresh and not even discounted. Even reliance or other grocery stores provides discount on their expiring items !!! Their old staff is quite arrogant and has no sense of talking to customers. They consider themselves as the owner of shop and behave in a very rude way. Whenever I ask when they would be making fresh slot, they say there is no timeline and until the current stock ( which is about to expire ) is not sold.. Not a good customer centric approach Also mostly ac is not working whether the temperature is extremely hot and humid Service: Takeaway Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
