Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I specifically requested hot and crispy cheesy fries because the last time they were soggy — and yet again, they arrived soggy and unappetizing. When I raised the concern, the waiter casually shrugged it off, saying someone else had packed it and it wasn’t his fault. Worse, he refused to replace the item. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any customer-facing service. I’ve been visiting Delicate Delight for years, but sadly, the quality has deteriorated significantly — both in terms of food and service. The staff has become increasingly rude and dismissive, and it genuinely feels like customer feedback doesn’t matter to them anymore.
