We went to Msai Mara for my parents wedding anniversary. The selection was purely based on Zomato Reviews. The ambience is okay, it can be improved. The food was really good. Almost all the dishes were 4+ star. Specially their Dal Bukhara is very delicious. The service was top notch. The waiter was very courteous…took appropriate time to serve the food. Most importantly he listened to what we requested and delivered. Overall very good experience. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Extremely Disappointed with My Experience at MSAI MARA Today I visited MSAI MARA around 9 PM and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a while. I ordered 2 (30ml) Black Dog Gold, Chilly Paneer, and Hakka Noodles. Right from the beginning, there was no greeting or basic courtesy from the staff. The table offered was dirty and not properly cleaned, which already set a bad impression. Coming to the food — the Hakka Noodles were bland, completely lacking in taste and seasoning. The Chilly Paneer was just average, nowhere close to expectations in terms of flavor or presentation. For a place like MSAI MARA, I expected much better service and food quality. Definitely not worth the hype or price. Would not recommend visiting again unless they seriously improve their hospitality, hygiene, and food standards.
