I asked for the bill, and they included a service charge, which is not mandatory. When I raised this with the staff, they called a senior person who showed me a contract with Zomato, claiming that it's up to the restaurant to levy a service charge for online payments through Zomato. However, if I had paid them directly, they said they would have waived the service charge—which felt unfair and misleading.As for the food, I strongly advise not trying the chaap—it was extremely hard and had a very unpleasant taste. My overall experience at this café was disappointing.Suggestion to others: If you visit, ask them to remove the service charge, and they seriously need to improve the taste and quality of the food.
