I had a terrible experience at Spot on Shreekrupa hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional, showing no sense of hospitality and failing to apologize for their mistakes. We had booked three rooms online a month prior, but upon arrival, they claimed to have cancelled our booking. It became apparent that this was a tactic used by the hotel to give away rooms to others on weekends and charge them double or triple the price. This is an unethical practice that left us feeling cheated and disappointed. I strongly advise others to stay far away from Spot on Shreekrupa hotel. It's a complete waste of time and money. I also caution against booking hotels online, as they may not honor your reservation and cheat you out of your money. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
