Arrival & Check-in: I arrived at this property around 5:00 AM with my family. We were assisted by an agent, Kiran More. Given the early hour and having my family waiting in a taxi, I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the market and the owner's verbal commitments. The Issue (Hygiene): Upon checking the room, I immediately pointed out that the bedsheets on both beds were heavily stained and dirty. The owner and I agreed on a rate of ₹1000 per day, with his explicit promise that the sheets would be replaced first thing the next morning. The Experience: Broken Promises: After being out all day, we returned at 7:00 PM to find the dirty sheets had not been changed. Poor Service Policy: When questioned, the owner claimed room service is only available at 2:30 PM. For a tourist location where guests are out exploring during the day, this policy is highly impractical. Substandard Replacements: After insisting on a change, the staff provided "fresh" sheets that were severely torn and still stained. When I asked for another set, they again provided old, torn linens. Lack of Accountability: The owner dismissed the issue by blaming the laundry for the damage, but the sheets were clearly aged and unhygienic. Verdict: Very unprofessional behavior and highly unhygienic conditions. It was a very unhappy experience for my family. I would not recommend this place if you value cleanliness and basic professional courtesy. Service: 1
