The ambience and service of this place is pretty good. However, the food was underwhelming. We ended up trying a lot of dishes like chestnut gyoza, steamed edamame, katsu curry but nothing stood out. We also tired the kwispy lotus stem was too masaledar that I could barely take the lotus stem. Overall, it’s a decent place but not worth the money. I recently visited Soy, the Pan-Asian restaurant in Surat, and had a great experience. One of the first things I noticed was the high standard of cleanliness. The tables weren’t just wiped down—they were properly disinfected with a spray, which was reassuring and added to the overall comfort. The service was smooth and professional. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. The menu was well-thought-out—not overwhelming, but with enough variety to suit different preferences. We tried the Forest Dim Sum, Drunken Noodles, Bombay Blue Sushi Roll, and Avocado Roll. I liked that the dishes were brought out as they were ready, and a side of cucumber salad was provided to everyone at the table, which was a nice touch. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The garlic in the Drunken Noodles was bold without being too strong, and the sauce had a great consistency. The Bombay Blue Sushi Roll was definitely unique and something I’d recommend for anyone looking to try something a little different. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and I appreciate the effort the staff put into maintaining a high standard in both service and food. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Surat and enjoy Asian cuisine.
