The food tastes good, but the management is very bad. It's the second time I've had the same experience: when two people come to eat and order two appams/breads each (two plates) + a curry, the quantity of gravy is not sufficient for two people. If you ask for more gravy, they will tell you that only curry as a dish is available. Fine, but if you then add on the curry, you have to wait for more than 20 minutes to get it. It's too annoying sitting with a half-eaten dish and sticky hands. They should either give a sufficient quantity of curry or some plain gravy, or at least offer faster service. And the staff are also arrogant when you talk about this. I am still waiting for the add on curry while writing this review. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Brunch

Food is not that great, Not hygienic, service is pathetic. Don't expect typical Shaap food only the name and ambience can be expected.
