If you’re craving authentic coastal or Mangalorean flavors, Maravanthe Coastal Cuisine is an absolute must-visit. Their Neer Dosa, soft and delicate, pairs perfectly with the rich and aromatic Ghee Roast( prawn/ chicken), which is full of that signature coastal spice . The Fish Rava Fry is crisp on the outside and tender inside, while the Prawn Sukka bursts with spicy, coconutty flavor. The Seafood Gassi is another highlight — a comforting, coconut-based curry that captures the soul of coastal cooking. For something different, the Ragi Mani makes a wholesome and refreshing dessert, and the Pepper Paneer adds a lovely, pepper note for vegetarians. The Gudbud icecream is full of nostalgic layered ice-cream treat that ends the meal on a sweet note.
