We ordered baigan bharta and I asked for khasta roti but that was unavailable so I opted for missi roti, to my surprise the chef turned baigan bharta into a Dabeli and they could of focused on the basics before presenting it as something way too exotic and Missi roti is supposed to be cooked from flour of pulses and served in ghee instead what all restaurants are doing these days is making a yellow tandoori roti and serving it in the name of missi roti. So a piece of advice, get the basics right please.... Taste of other starters were exceptionally good and flavor rich.Lemon coriander soup had large chunks of brocolli so I had to switch the spoon.Other places offer way better soup at that price. A big let down was the offensive stench of gutter that welcomes the guest before the doors.It was a colleague's treat so couldn't have refused to enter after getting there, out of politeness.But the owner should resolve this otherwise people have other better options.. I went to Ryan's kitchen 2 times 1st time on my birthday and 2nd on my friends birthday its a highly recommend restaurants i liked it soo much the price is pretty decent,the service is awesome and most importantly the staaf is very nice its a place i would love to visit again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
