Kikki's Cafe is a small, cozy cafe in Raipur that serves up some of the best Chinese food in the city. The menu is extensive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, but the star of the show is the fried rice. The fried rice is made with fresh, white rice that is stir-fried with a variety of vegetables and meats. The result is a dish that is both flavorful and filling, with a perfect balance of textures. I've also tried the chow mein, the dumplings, and the spring rolls, and they were all delicious. The service is friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable.
