Rude Lounge Malad - Very limited vegetarian food options. requested drinks brand was not available. Chairs were not comfortable in the AC section so we requested to chamge it. Service was very basic and we had to ask for cutlery like pizza cutter and spatula to pick up pizza slices but they didn't have it and then they gave a butter knife to cut the slices. we only had pizzas and drinks.Music and song selection was OK but the DJ was changing songs every 30 seconds.On the positive side, Pizzas were good and AC section cooling was ok considering the heat. Even non-ac section had adequate fans to keep it better. It was not very crowded the end so we could sit and talk without the waiters hovering for orders. Overall food and drinks are on higher side compared to similar options nearby.
