Good ambience but the food and the menu are barebones and just about average. The staff was trying hard not to help. I went, admittedly, a bit late in the day but we were not even served a loaf of extra bread because the "kitchen was closed." I wonder how places that treat customers like this can survive in a competitive environment. This place doesn't deserve all its hype. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had quite high expectations from RU, but regrettably, it fell short of the mark. While the ambiance was undeniably charming and well thought-out, the food left much to be desired. There's certainly potential here, and with greater attention to the quality and flavour of the dishes, the overall experience could be significantly elevated. A stronger focus on taste would truly bring everything together.
