Can I rate 0 stars? Food really bad Service worse! Only good thing was the few minutes when DJ played Hindi songs. We had prebooked using Swiggy dineout, and the staff told us they levy a service charge of 7% on all prebooking. Service charge as per govt rule is optional, but they said we had to pay it or else we can go out of the place. And their argument was this was mentioned in the Swiggy dineout (which wasn’t, not the amount 7%). We asked for regular water, they said they don’t have regular water not even warm water and we were forced to pay ₹50 per bottle. For warm water they said they will boil the bottled water and then charge us! AC doesn’t even work, it was so so hot. We asked the staff to decrease the temperature of AC and they were like this is the maximum. It was so hot. For people who wanna go there, please stay away. There are much better pubs in Hyderabad than this :) Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Highly disappointed with Zomato and the bar, By the Bottle, Hyderabad As a regular customer of Zomato, I have always been impressed with their seamless service and wide range of restaurants. However, my recent experience with Zomato and the bar By the Bottle has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had booked a table for two at the bar By the Bottle through Zomato, and I received a confirmation email. Upon arriving at the bar, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the staff, who refused to honor my booking. They claimed that they were fully booked and that they had no record of my reservation. I was shocked and appalled by their treatment, especially given that I had a confirmed booking. I tried to reason with them, but they were adamant about their refusal. I was left standing there, feeling humiliated and helpless. What made the situation even worse was the lack of support from Zomato. I tried to contact their customer service, but I was met with automated responses and long wait times. I eventually gave up in frustration. I am deeply disappointed with both Zomato and the bar, By the Bottle. Zomato should not allow restaurants to refuse entry to customers who have confirmed bookings. This is a serious breach of trust, and it is unacceptable. The bar By the Bottle should also be ashamed of their behavior. They treated me like a second-class citizen, and they ruined what was supposed to be a enjoyable evening. I will never use Zomato again, and I strongly advise others to do the same. They are a company that cannot be trusted to provide reliable service. And as for the bar ,By the Bottle, I hope they go out of business. They do not deserve to be in the hospitality industry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
