ROC came to Mapusa rather late, almost when I was done with college. I went here on several occasions with friends. decent burgers, fries, wraps and combos to choose from. Nothing better than KFC. If you aren't a fastfood person like me, please avoid!

This branch of ROC @Mapusa has shifted to some other place. The menu across all the branches is same, very economical and few items in the menu are actually good and a steal at that price. Wraps, fried chicken and full meals are worth a shot. They used to have brownies @Rs20, which were actually very tasty.
A decent place for a quick snack and a replica of KFC for 40% of the cost of KFC, no harm in trying and finding your own favorite's.

1. The menu prices are not true prices and this can be disconcerting to the customer. The prices shown on the menu must be inclusive of all taxes. On looking at the menu an article priced at Rs. 69/- is actually sold at something like Rs. 82/- which can be embarrassing if the customer does not have requisite funds.

2. For an ISO 2000 - 2005 company, it is surprising that there is no email id for customer complaints. There is only a mobile number which did not respond to the sms I sent. The Royal Only Chicken website given does not load when accessed.

3. I ordered two golden crunch and the amount came to Rs. 163. I proffered Rs. 200 and was given only Rs. 35 back in change without any explanation or by your leave. This is no way to run a business and I am sure it does not conform to your ISO Standards.
