This place should check on the durability of their cake sponge . I bought a blueberry pastry from them and the sponge was harder then a toast , my spoon was literally not able to cut through the cake and it got bent . The cake cream was fresh but for how long do they use the pre prepared sponge I don't know , the owner also didn't hesitate to call it fresh lying on face , if you'll are sellers then we are eaters we know properly how a cake or a pastry should be , we eat from several bakery , the owner should first try to understand what a cake sponge is .

Prasad bakery gets most of their products from JJ Bakery Moira. I'd say their even better than carasid monginis or cremeux when it comes to quality of some of the products they offer
