Mango ice cream tasted very weird. I am sure it was adultered. And there was no hygiene maintained in washing the cutlery(no soap used just rinsed with water)

Been visiting here since my childhood,Loved the taste the way it was but when a new ice cream parlour was introduced nearby i used to enjoyed varities of taste,My family used to tag royal as the great but due to this greatness they forgot to be better and henceforth the neighbour surpassed them and currently not only the taste but quantity and quality is drastically down.I had a very disappointing expereince today,I thought of spending my night by eating a nut sundae,you guys ruined it,I wish you take some serious step to imrpove ur dishes or else the collapse is near.
