I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon checking in, I noticed that the rooms were not cleaned properly. There were visible stains on the bathroom floor, which was very off-putting. The staff, unfortunately, did not provide the level of courtesy expected either. They seemed uninterested in addressing concerns and were not as professional as they should have been. Additionally, the refurbishments felt rushed and unprofessional, which gave the entire hotel a lackluster feel. I expected much more for the price I paid and won’t be returning Service: 1
