A local attraction - Nehru Children's Museum, which is situated near this bar, is a part of the original culture of this city. A lot of visitors have noticed that you can try perfectly cooked Bbq chicken pizza, chicken tikka and katsu here. Order good cheesecakes. Take your chance to taste delicious liqueur. Great coffee is worth a try here.

We went here last night to celebrate nothing in particular but just our family. We made a prior booking in the District app and got a good offer for the final payment. We found the location quite easily and they have valet parking. We were welcomed with smiles from the ground floor where the security guard guided us to the rooftop. As soon as we entered we were escorted to our table and our server was already assigned. Mr Sourav was such a delight, helping us with dishes that would be good for our palate and what could be called as a good option. We were a group of 7 people and we sat inside at a round table. Music was lovely, little on the higher side but as expected at a pub. A huge screen for the ipl match and for any b'day wishes. Loved this aspect as I love cricket! The views inside and outside on the rooftop are stunning. Roots is lovely! You can sit outside and get a lovely view of Victoria Memorial and St Paul's Cathedral. Coming to the dishes we had...we had quite a few starters like lotus roots, three kinds of chicken kebabs, salmon sushi, stuffed roasted potato, mushroom and dumplings. Every single dish was tasty. Plates were empty almost as soon as we were served. For the main course we had chicken khouwsuey and a bhetki fish steak. Impeccable! Drinks were on the lower side today for our troop but the two mocktails were delicious. Loved everything we are honestly. The staff even helped us celebrate my parents'anniversary with a lovely cake! Thank you Roots, I appreciate the extra efforts. So I recommend this place? Yes. Highly! For family, for dates, for a fun time...yes. Roots is such a gem! Beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the City of Joy—perfect for a cozy evening. The food? Absolutely delicious. The Grilled Chicken Pizza and Akbari Bhuna Murgh were out of this world—highly recommend! The fresh lime soda had just the right balance of sweet, sour, and salt—refreshing without being overly minty or icy. Live music sets the mood just right. One heads-up: if you're sensitive to smoke, it's best to pre-book and request a non-smoking area. A cozy, flavorful experience overall! The MOST happening club in Kolkata! Definitely lived up to the hype and standards! The ambience is top notch and perfect for a dinner date or hangout’s. The food prices are justified considering the ambience. The food options are satisfactory. Instagram worthy spots, outstanding decor, beautiful atmosphere.
