noodles were completely dry to chew so had to throw it away, packing was done as if done forcibly, no cutlery were provided

I recently visited Chowman (Russel Street) and had a great dining experience. I ordered Crispy Chilli Babycorn, Coriander Burnt Garlic Rice, and Pan-Fried Chilli Fish. The Crispy Chilli Babycorn was absolutely delicious—perfectly crunchy with a great balance of spice and flavors. The Pan-Fried Chilli Fish was another highlight, cooked to perfection with a flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of heat. However, the Coriander Burnt Garlic Rice was quite average, lacking the strong garlic punch I was expecting. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, and the service was good. Overall, a great place for Chinese cuisine lovers, and I would definitely recommend trying the babycorn and fish dishes!
